Members of Mt Roland Rivercare Catchment Inc have been actively trying to help landowners affected by the June flooding, particularly those who don’t qualify for the flood assistance grants available to larger primary producers. Working collaboratively with Cradle Coast NRM, the group has been helping to assess river damage on individual properties to try and get funding to help with flood restoration work and riverbank stabilisation.
